Ulitsojeus Get the Library

Terms of use

Last updated: 2026

These terms govern use of ulitsojeus.pro and purchase of the paid files and reviews offered under the name Ulitsojeus. The public notes may be read without an account. Paid items are sold by invoice. If these terms and the refund page disagree about money, the refund page wins.

What this site sells

Ulitsojeus sells digital working files and one written review service. The catalogue on the Library page is the list: Library access billed monthly or annually, the Four-Pass Workbook, the Decision Systems Pack, a Systems Review, and a team licence for up to eight seats. Prices are in Canadian dollars and are written as CA$. Tax, when it applies, is added on the invoice.

The site does not sell a community, a cohort, a certificate or a retained consulting programme. A Systems Review is a written memo about one decision log or one metric tree. It is not an implementation project and not a promise about staffing or revenue.

Public Monday notes remain free. Paying does not buy the right to present those notes as your own work, and not paying does not remove the right to read them.

Licence on templates and files

When you buy a personal plan or a one-off file, you receive a licence for one reader in one organization to use the templates and write-ups in internal work. You may copy a table into an internal document. You may not resell the files, include them in a public course, republish them as a download, or offer them as part of a competing library.

A team licence extends the same internal-use rule to up to eight named seats in one organization. Seats are mailboxes, not a forwarded inbox. The licence does not allow a consultancy to reuse the files for every client as if they were house IP. If that is the job, write before paying; it is a different conversation, not a silent expansion of this licence.

The Four-Pass Method described on the method page may be practised without buying a file. What you buy is the formatted workbook, the packed templates and the written review, not a trademark right in the phrase and not exclusivity in the sequence.

Orders, delivery and acceptable use

An order starts on the contact form. An invoice follows by e-mail. This site does not collect card numbers. Access or files are sent within one business day of cleared payment. You are responsible for giving a mailbox that can receive the invoice and the files. A wrong mailbox is handled as a transfer, not as a defect in the product; see the refund page.

You may not use the site or the files to build a public replica of the Library, to scrape the notes for a commercial model, or to send the forms with automated traffic. Honeypot and timing checks exist for that reason. You may not present Ulitsojeus as your employer, partner or endorser.

The Monday dispatch is optional. Unsubscribing is a privacy request and does not cancel a paid Library term by itself. Cancellation of a paid term is a separate instruction, described on the refund page.

Limitation of liability

The notes and files are working methods from one practice. They are not legal, financial, medical or engineering advice for a specific system. You remain responsible for how you apply a table inside your organization. To the extent permitted by applicable Canadian law, Ulitsojeus is not liable for lost profits, lost data or indirect loss arising from use of the site or the files.

For paid items, the remedy for a defect in delivery is a replacement file or a refund under the refund page. That page is the detailed money rule, including the different clocks for monthly access, annual access, one-off files, reviews and the team licence.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the law of British Columbia or other applicable Canadian consumer law. If a court finds one clause unenforceable, the rest still apply.

Changes and contact

These terms may be updated in 2026 if a plan or a delivery step changes. The date at the top of the page will move. Continued use of the public site after an update is acceptance of the new text for that use. Paid terms already invoiced keep the refund rules that were live on the invoice date unless a change is required by law.

Questions about these terms go to [email protected] or through the contact form. Related pages: privacy, cookies, refunds.
