Ulitsojeus Get the Library

Questions readers actually send

These are the questions that arrive more than once. The answers match the Library page and the refund terms. If a price and a paragraph disagree, the refund page wins on money and the Library page wins on what is in a plan.

The same eight questions are marked up as a FAQPage so a search result does not invent a ninth. There are no testimonials on this page and no star ratings attached to the practice.

What does the paid Library include that the free notes do not?

The free notes stay on the public index: the argument, the table you can read, and the failure note. The Library adds the extended write-up, the blank fillable template, and — on Library plans — the monthly teardown PDF. The Workbook and the Decision Systems Pack are separate one-off files. A Systems Review is a written memo about an artefact you send, not a folder of extra essays. If you only need the public argument, you do not need to pay.

What currency do you bill in, and how is tax handled?

Prices are in Canadian dollars and are written as CA$. Invoices are issued in CA$. If tax applies to the sale, it is added as a line on the invoice at the time of issue. This site does not display tax registration numbers and does not collect tax identifiers through the form. Card data is entered on the payment page linked from the invoice, never on ulitsojeus.pro.

Is there a student price?

No. There is no student, academic or “community” rate. The lowest paid line is Library monthly at CA$16. The public notes remain free regardless of affiliation. If a lower price is required for a classroom, the honest option is to use the public archive and the method page, not a hidden discount.

Can a team share one Library login?

A personal Library licence is for one reader and one mailbox. Forwarding the files around a team is outside the licence. If more than one person needs the files, use the team licence at CA$690 per year for up to eight seats. Seats are named mailboxes. Sharing a single inbox to avoid seats is the usual reason access is moved rather than refunded.

How often do new notes appear?

One public note is scheduled each Monday. If a draft fails the four-pass tests, that Monday stays empty rather than filling with a weaker piece. The Monday dispatch is that note, plus the table, plus what broke. There are no weekend digests and no round-ups of other sites. Library teardowns are monthly, not weekly.

What happens if fewer materials ship than the plan described?

Library monthly includes the current templates and one teardown PDF in the paid month. If a teardown does not ship in a given month, the next paid month is extended by the same length at no extra charge. One-off products (Workbook, Pack) are delivered as listed on the invoice; if a file is missing, write with the invoice number and the missing item is sent or the fee is returned under the refund terms. Reviews that miss the five-business-day mark are not billed a rush fee; the memo is still due, and you may cancel for a full refund if work has not started.

How does a Systems Review work, and what should I send?

A review is a written memo about one decision log or one metric tree. Send the current artefact, the decision or measurement it is supposed to support this quarter, and a short note on where it is already failing. After payment, kickoff questions go out; once those answers arrive, the five-business-day clock starts. The memo names structural problems and suggested field changes. It is not a workshop, not a staffing plan and not a rewrite of your entire operating system. One revision pass is included after delivery.

Do you take sponsorship or advertising?

No. The notes, the Library, the Monday dispatch and this site do not carry sponsored posts, affiliate links, paid tool round-ups or display ads. Tools appear in the archive only when they were removed or kept for a stated reason. If a vendor writes asking for a placement, the answer is no. The editorial rules on the about page are the same rule in longer form.

How these answers are kept

If a price, a delivery step or a refund rule changes, this page is edited in the same week as the Library and refund pages. The JSON-LD block is rebuilt from the same eight questions so the marked-up answers cannot drift from the visible ones.

Answers are written in the same voice as the notes: a rule, a number, a limit. If a question cannot be answered without inventing a client story, it is not added.
