Ulitsojeus Get the Library

Privacy notice

Last updated: 2026

This notice describes the personal data Ulitsojeus collects through this site, why it is collected, how long it is kept, and how to ask for it to be deleted. The practice is run from Vancouver. Hosting stays in Canada. The only public e-mail address is [email protected].

What is collected

Two forms run on this site. The enquiry form on the contact page may collect a name, an e-mail address, an optional phone number, a plan selection and a message. The subscribe form in the footer collects an e-mail address, a topic preference and a consent mark. Both forms include a hidden timestamp used only to reject submissions that arrive too quickly or too late, and a honeypot field used only to ignore automated posts.

The site does not create an account, does not offer a login and does not run a customer portal. Card numbers are not collected or stored on ulitsojeus.pro. Payment, when it happens, is completed on the page linked from an invoice sent by e-mail. This notice does not cover the privacy practices of that payment page; those are stated there.

Server logs created by the host may include an IP address, a user-agent string and the requested path. Those logs are part of ordinary hosting, not a marketing profile. This site does not use advertising trackers, analytics pixels, social pixels or third-party remarketing tags. There is no “share this” widget that phones home.

Why it is collected

Enquiry data is used to reply to the request you sent: a Library order, a review, a team licence or a question. Subscribe data is used to send the Monday dispatch to the address you gave, on the topic you picked. Consent is required for both. If consent is missing, the form is rejected and nothing is treated as a request.

The timestamp is not a profile. It exists so that a script cannot submit the form in under three seconds and so that a stale copy of the page cannot be posted six hours later. The honeypot is not stored as a field of interest; a filled honeypot is ignored and a generic success screen is shown.

No data from these forms is sold, rented or traded. No data is sent to advertising networks. No data is used to build a look-alike audience. If a processor is required to send an invoice or to deliver a file, that processor sees only what is needed to complete that task.

How long it is kept

Enquiry correspondence that leads to an invoice is kept for as long as the accounting record of that invoice is kept, which in this practice is seven years. Enquiry correspondence that does not lead to an invoice is kept for twelve months and then deleted, unless you ask for earlier deletion and no legal hold applies.

Subscribe addresses are kept until you ask to be removed or until two consecutive bounces, whichever comes first. A removal request is processed within ten business days. The Monday dispatch is not a digest of other sites and is not an advertising list.

The localStorage key used by the cookie notice is described on the cookie policy page. It is stored in your browser, not on a Ulitsojeus server, and it holds only the fact that a choice was made.

Who it is shared with

This site does not hand form data to third parties for their own use. Hosting, invoicing and file delivery may involve processors who see an address or a name because the task cannot be done without it. Those processors are not given a licence to market to you. There is no list brokerage and no enrichment against an outside database.

This notice does not list corporate registration numbers. None are published on this site, in this notice, or in the structured data attached to the pages.

Your requests

You can ask what is held, ask for a copy, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion. Write to [email protected] with the subject line Privacy and the e-mail address the request is about. A reply goes out within ten business days. Deletion of an address from the Monday dispatch is not the same as deletion of an invoice record; the invoice record stays for the period stated above.

This notice does not limit rights you have under applicable Canadian privacy law, including the law of British Columbia where the practice is written. If a later statute requires a shorter retention or a different channel, that statute wins.
